Executive Services
The Firm — Services

A focused range of analytical disciplines.

ESRM's analytical platform serves a focused range of risk-assessment disciplines. Each service applies the firm's integrated analytical framework to a defined commercial domain — delivered through ESRM's institutional platform with the firm's structural emphasis on downside exposure and disciplined coordination with licensed practitioners where engagement scope requires it.

A framework of sixteen quantitative models. Twelve cognitive modes.
Seven service categories. One institutional discipline.

Model selection and cognitive-mode sequencing are calibrated to the engagement's risk profile; not every model is deployed on every engagement.

Coordination

Integration with licensed professionals

ESRM's analytical work is institutional and quantitative. Where engagement scope intersects with disciplines that require professional licensure — including legal, accounting, tax, and fiduciary advice — ESRM operates in coordinated integration with licensed practitioners qualified in the relevant jurisdiction.

This is by design. Risk analysis that informs sophisticated decisions requires both analytical depth and licensed execution. ESRM provides the analytical depth. Licensed counsel, CPAs, tax practitioners, and fiduciaries provide the regulated services within their professional scope of practice. Clients retain the licensed practitioner; ESRM coordinates the analytical workstream.

This integration is built into how ESRM structures engagements. It is part of how the firm delivers analytical rigor to clients without crossing into regulated practice areas — and part of how ESRM ensures that the analytical work product is paired with licensed execution where execution requires a license.

Nothing in ESRM's description of its coordination with licensed practitioners constitutes the grant of apparent or actual authority for any practitioner to bind, represent, or speak for ESRM, nor for ESRM to bind, represent, or speak for any practitioner. Each licensed practitioner is independently engaged by the client and is independently responsible for the regulated services that practitioner provides.

Operational Posture

How the practitioner panel works

ESRM maintains a panel of pre-vetted licensed practitioners across the disciplines that intersect with the firm's analytical work. Practitioners on the panel are selected based on documented professional credentials, jurisdictional licensure, substantive expertise, and demonstrated capacity to work with quantitative analytical work product.

Where an engagement identifies the need for licensed execution, ESRM identifies the panel practitioners qualified to address the matter. The client selects the practitioner. The client engages the practitioner directly under a separate engagement letter executed between the client and the practitioner. The practitioner invoices the client directly. ESRM does not collect, hold, or remit practitioner fees, and does not receive any portion of practitioner fees.

This structure preserves the independence of each licensed practitioner, preserves the client's direct relationship with the practitioner on regulated matters, and preserves ESRM's institutional posture as an analytical platform rather than a provider of regulated services.
