I acknowledge that ESRM is not a law firm, accounting firm, broker-dealer, investment adviser, appraiser, fiduciary, or title company; that the information on this website is informational only and does not constitute regulated professional advice; and that any engagement with ESRM will be governed exclusively by a written Engagement Letter executed by ESRM and the client.

ESRM provides the blank ESRM Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement by email, ordinarily within one business day of submission. Submission does not constitute (a) an agreement by ESRM to provide services, (b) the formation of any client, attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship, or (c) the imposition of any duty on ESRM. ESRM evaluates inquiries in its sole discretion and is under no obligation to respond to any particular inquiry. Submission of this form does not create any expectation of confidentiality on the part of the prospective inquirer beyond ESRM's customary data-handling standards. What happens next

On submission, ESRM acknowledges receipt by email within one business day and provides the blank Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement for execution.

Qualified inquiries receive a substantive response within two business days ordinarily, including direction for executing and returning the Mutual NDA.
