Two functions
Which function does the company need?
Each function has its own intake, because the questions that matter differ. If both are needed, start with either and say so in the form.
Chief Financial Officer function
The finance seat, served under officer designation where the engagement calls for it.
- Cash management and forecasting
- Lender, investor, and member reporting
- Financial controls and close discipline
- Capital raises, refinancing, and transaction support
- Budgets and covenant compliance
Chief Risk Officer function
The risk seat: documents, licensing, and insurance, measured against the company's actual exposure.
- Real estate matters
- Entity formation and governance
- Trusts, estates, and succession
- Contracts and commercial agreements
- Business purchases and sales
- Licensing, permits, and insurance
Not sure which applies? Begin the Chief Risk Officer intake and choose “Something else” as the matter type. It will be sorted out in the first conversation.
Executive Services is not a law firm or an accounting firm, and it is not your attorney or your accountant. It does not represent anyone in court. Submitting an intake does not create an engagement.
